Refund Policy

67docs publishes digital products supplied by Prima Technologies and distributed through Whop.

Please read this policy before purchasing.

1. Digital products

Because 67docs products are digital and may be delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final once the digital content has been delivered or accessed.

We do not offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after receiving or accessing the digital product, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in the applicable product terms.

2. When we will review a refund request

We will review refund requests involving issues such as:

  • the purchased product was not delivered or access was not provided;
  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • the product materially differs from the product description;
  • another refund right applies under mandatory consumer law;
  • we otherwise determine that a refund is appropriate.

We may ask for reasonable information needed to investigate the request.

3. Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

For example, some jurisdictions provide withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, or refund rights for digital content. The availability of those rights can depend on factors such as where you live, when digital delivery began, and what you agreed to at checkout.

4. How to request a refund

For a product or access issue, contact:

support@primatech.co

Include:

  • your name;
  • the email used for the purchase;
  • the product purchased;
  • your Whop order or receipt information where available;
  • a short explanation of the issue.

5. Payment-processing issues

Whop processes payments for purchases made through its platform.

For an unrecognized charge, duplicate processing error, or another payment-layer issue, Whop may also need to investigate the transaction through its own support or resolution process.

6. Approved refunds

If Prima Technologies approves a refund, the payment reversal will be processed through the applicable payment platform and returned using the method supported for that transaction.

Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
