Refunds for digital products.

Because 67Docs sells digital downloads and access links, refunds work differently from physical goods. This page explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on 67Docs are digital downloads, access links, or downloadable files. Once a product has been delivered to your account or a download link has been provided, the product is considered consumed.

Because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, refunds are limited once access or download has been delivered.

2. When Refunds May Be Granted

We review refund requests in good faith and may grant a refund in the following situations:

  • Technical delivery failure — the product could not be delivered to your account due to a system error on our side;
  • Materially different description — the product is substantially different from what is described on the product page in format, content, or functionality;
  • Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same product twice in the same account;
  • Accidental purchase — you purchased the wrong product and contact us within 24 hours before downloading or accessing the files.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • you have already downloaded or accessed the product files or links;
  • you changed your mind after purchase;
  • you lacked the software or compatibility required to open the file format (compatibility is listed on each product page);
  • the product did not meet your subjective expectations but matches the product page description;
  • you purchased a product during a sale or promotional period (unless defective).

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at hello@67docs.com with your order details, the product name, and the reason for your refund request. Include any relevant screenshots or descriptions that help us understand the issue.

We aim to review refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith may result in access restriction, account suspension, or further recovery steps where legally permitted.

If you have a legitimate issue, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are generally able to resolve delivery and product issues faster through direct support.

6. Bundle and Pack Refunds

Refunds for bundles and packs are evaluated as a complete unit. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available unless the specific item was defective and the rest of the bundle remains unaccessed.
