1. The 67docs service
67docs publishes and distributes focused digital ebooks, scripts, worksheets, frameworks, and related educational resources.
The website provides product discovery, descriptions, editorial information, previews, and links to purchase destinations.

Whop provides payment-processing and platform services. Prima Technologies remains the supplier of 67docs products unless the checkout states otherwise.
5. Access and delivery
Digital-product delivery and access are provided through the method described on the applicable product page or Whop checkout.
Access duration varies by product and is governed by the access terms displayed at purchase.

6. Personal-use licence
Unless a product expressly includes different licensing terms, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased digital material for your own personal use.
You may not, without prior written permission:

- share paid access with other people;
- upload the product to public repositories, file-sharing services, training datasets, or marketplaces;
- remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
- represent the material as your own product.
Normal personal use, including printing worksheets for your own use where appropriate, is permitted.
7. Intellectual property
67docs branding, website content, original product content, graphics, product design, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Prima Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual-property rights.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the 67docs Refund Policy, the product-specific purchase terms, and any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.
9. Third-party services
67docs may link to or rely on third-party services, including Whop.
Your use of a third-party platform may also be governed by that platform’s own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, replace, withdraw, or discontinue website features or products.
Where you have already purchased access, any effect on your access remains subject to the terms that applied to your purchase and mandatory law.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
