References on this page to “67Docs,” “we,” “our,” or “us” mean the business operating the 67Docs website and related digital products.

“Digital Products” means the templates, guides, books, downloadable PDFs, workspaces, document resources, and other digital-only products sold or distributed through the site.

“Buyer” or “User” means any person or business accessing the site, creating an account, purchasing a product, or using a product delivered by 67Docs.

“License” means the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use a purchased Digital Product under these terms.

67Docs provides digital products and related document workflow services through its website and connected tools. These services may include downloadable files, hosted access links, account-based redownload access, and AI-assisted document or workspace features where offered.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, all products are delivered digitally only. No physical goods are shipped.

When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a limited license to use it for your own personal or internal business use, subject to the product page and these terms.

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable where permitted by law, and does not transfer copyright, ownership, or any broader intellectual property rights in the product.

You may generally do the following, unless a product page states otherwise:

• download, open, and use the purchased product for your own work or your internal business operations;
• edit and adapt the product for your own use, including adding your own content, branding, or workflow details;
• use the product as a practical starting point for documents, planning, reporting, operations, or knowledge work.

You may not do any of the following without our written permission:

• resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, publish, or transfer the original files or access links;
• claim the products as your own intellectual property or remove proprietary notices where included;
• upload the products to public repositories, marketplaces, template libraries, AI datasets, or file-sharing platforms;
• use the products in a way that competes directly with 67Docs by redistributing substantially similar files, templates, guides, books, or downloadable resources.

Some services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, ensuring your account information is accurate, and restricting unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these terms.

Prices are shown on the product pages and may change at any time before purchase. Prices, currencies, and promotions are not guaranteed to remain available.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Your purchase is only complete when payment is confirmed and the order status is accepted by the relevant provider and our system.

Because 67Docs sells digital-only products that may be delivered immediately after payment, refunds are limited once a file, access link, or download entitlement has been provided.

If you experience a technical delivery failure, receive a product that is materially different from its description, or cannot access a product you purchased, contact support promptly and we will review the issue in good faith.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes filed in bad faith, or attempts to retain and use products after a valid refund may result in access restriction, account suspension, or further recovery steps where legally permitted.

Digital Products are delivered by download, account access, hosted link, or a combination of these methods depending on the listing.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery infrastructure at all times. Temporary downtime, provider interruptions, maintenance, or third-party failures may delay access or redownload availability.

All site content, product files, written copy, layouts, templates, downloads, guides, books, PDFs, branding, graphics, and related materials remain the intellectual property of 67Docs or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or any ownership in the underlying work.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Digital Products are provided for educational, informational, administrative, or operational use only.

Buyers remain responsible for reviewing whether a product is suitable for their own business, legal, financial, regulatory, industry, or local-market requirements.

67Docs is not a law firm, accounting firm, regulated financial adviser, or other licensed professional-services provider unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific service.

Nothing on the site or in any Digital Product should be treated as legal, tax, accounting, financial, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting documents before using them.

Some products may rely on or reference third-party tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Notion, payment providers, email services, browsers, storage providers, or other linked services.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, compatibility changes, or external terms imposed by those services.

We aim to describe products accurately, including the format, delivery method, and intended use. However, products may change over time, be updated, removed, or restricted without notice.

We do not guarantee that every product will remain available indefinitely, nor that any product will satisfy every jurisdiction, industry requirement, workflow, or local legal standard.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 67Docs, its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the site, a product, or an account where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, infringement, chargeback misuse, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms.

Suspension or termination does not transfer any rights in the products and does not remove obligations already accrued before the suspension.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to the site or these terms are intended to be handled through the courts with jurisdiction over Dubai.
